What this opportunity involves: We’re currently seeking a Lease Administration Associate for an exciting opportunity with a national telecommunications client! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude strong skills and natural spark to this position. An Overview of the role: Compile and manage lease property data for Account Stakeholders Liaising with internal and external Stakeholders Oversee and assist in abstracting new retail leases Perform document management of all new retail leases Assist the broader Lease Administration team where required Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Your key strength is customer service and you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or proactively in a close team environment. You will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience and can understand and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and landlords. Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs will be advantageous. You may be a University graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law), or have at least 1 year relevant working experience. Responsibilities
The Lease Administration Associate will compile and manage lease property data for account stakeholders and assist in abstracting new retail leases. They will also perform document management of all new retail leases and support the broader Lease Administration team as needed.
