Job duties include but not limited to: Lease administration backup duties Writing leases and transmitting via Dropbox Sign Operational expenses, rent increases Running background and credit checks for potential tenants Tracking leasing activity Cash management and check processing duties Processing and posting receipts Running various reports for owner relating to both accounting, legal and leasing Billing management, including utilities Accounts Payable scanning, filing Requirements SKILLS · Organizational skills · Attention to detail · Ability to multi-task · Intermediate level of Excel · Strong written and verbal skills · Experience with Appfolio or other property management software a plus
