Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day management of a national corporate healthcare property portfolio. Working closely with the Property Management team and reporting to the Account Manager, you will help ensure leases, financial processes, and administrative systems are accurate, compliant, and running smoothly. This is a client-facing role based within a corporate head office environment. You will engage directly with stakeholders, tenants, and finance contacts, helping maintain the strong, collaborative relationship we have built. We are looking for someone practical, solutions-focused, and confident in managing competing priorities. You will join a supportive team of six where cultural contribution, initiative, and a positive, can-do mindset are highly valued. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate lease registers, documentation status schedules, and compliance records Monitor lease obligations and ensure all parties meet commitments Maintain registers for insurances, bank guarantees, and tenant securities Prepare monthly rent payments, utility invoices, accruals, and reconciliations Prepare tenant invoices and manage weekly debtors reporting with follow-up Assist with account reconciliations across payables, receivables, and utilities Provide administrative and financial support to the Property and Finance teams Build strong working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders Education, Experience & Skills Essential: Experience supporting property, facilities, or integrated service environments Strong administrative and financial coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce, Business, or related discipline Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability Confident working with financial data, invoices, and reconciliations Desirable: Experience with property management software Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Additional training or certifications in property or lease administration Workplace Flexibility This role is based on-site in a corporate CBD office environment during core business hours, supporting close collaboration with the client and internal teams.
