Job Description Based in our North Sydney office, this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong lease administration skills & accounts background in this autonomous role. You'll be working alongside a driven and dynamic team on our exciting client portfolio within a fast paced, collaborative, and supportive environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. Preparation of monthly rent roll and variation reports Validation and calculation of rent reviews Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates. Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. General liaison with client and suppliers. Qualifications In addition to having a strong client-oriented approach, the successful candidate will hold: Experience in a similar Administration role within Real Estate is highly desirable. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite. The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.
