Job Title Lease Administrator Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support our Lease Administration team. If you have strong Excel skills and a passion for data management, we want to hear from you! Job Description Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage lease documents and data in relevant systems. Generate and review expenditure rent rolls, flagging variances. Process funding requests, purchase orders, and landlord payment inquiries. Maintain registers, perform reconciliations, and support year-end service charge reviews. Assist with lease renewals and new site preparations. About You: 2-3 years of experience in Finance (Accounts Payable/Receivable preferred). Real Estate (lease administration/data management) experience is a plus. Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and ability to manage data. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
