QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years commercial real estate lease administration experience.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of current PC hardware and software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with Pro Calc preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
  • Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department.
  • Manage lease administration workflow, by overseeing, tracking, and monitoring the lease administration process for new and renewal leases, lease amendments and lease terminations.
  • As part of the lease administration workflow, draft welcome and commencement letters, collect emergency contact information and other related duties.
  • Prepare lease summaries (abstracts) for property manager review for new and renewal leases, lease amendments and lease terminations.
  • Maintain and monitor tenant certificates of insurance renewals and requirements.
  • Administration of lease audits and reports.
  • Enter new leases into MRI accounting software database.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of necessary databases and automated systems.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing and review of accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Provide administrative services to Property Management Team, Vice President of RES as well as President of RES, as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
