• Conduct lease-end vehicle inspections with clients
• Process lease returns with BMW Financial Services
• Maintain regular communication with clients leading up to their lease maturity date.
• Enter and update data in dealership software systems
• Assist the Sales and Finance departments while providing exceptional customer service.
