Job Title Lease Manager Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Lease Manager to join our Integrated Portfolio Management team in Sydney. Supporting the PDNSW portfolio, you will manage a diverse mix of leasehold and freehold assets, ensuring lease compliance, accurate data management, and smooth financial operations across the portfolio. This is a great opportunity to step into a client-facing role with strong exposure to stakeholders, financials, and complex lease structures. Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage lease obligations across a large property portfolio (leases, subleases, licenses) Maintain accurate lease data, reporting, and database integrity Review and approve rent rolls, invoices, and reconciliations Manage tenant billing, recoveries, and arrears Interpret lease terms and ensure compliance with stakeholders Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and internal teams Support budgeting, reporting, and portfolio performance initiatives About You 3+ years’ experience in lease or property management Strong experience with lease/property systems and reporting High attention to detail and strong data management skills Good financial understanding (budgets, reconciliations, invoices) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently and in a team Desirable: Qualification in Real Estate, Business, or Finance Real Estate License or Agent’s Representative About Us Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm with 52,000 professionals across 400 offices worldwide.
