We’re seeking a motivated Lease Manager to join our Global Occupier Services – Integrated Portfolio Management team, supporting one of our key clients across their Australian property portfolio. About the Role As a Lease Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day management of the client’s lease portfolio, ensuring all lease administration, compliance, and reporting deliverables are met. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners—including landlords, agents, and solicitors—to deliver efficient, high-quality lease outcomes. This role is based in Melbourne CBD (hybrid work flexibility), with occasional onsite client attendance. Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage multiple clients and deliverables for each Manage end-to-end lease administration, including rent roll processing, compliance, and reporting. Review and approve lease obligations, CPI and fixed increases, and payment workflows. Maintain critical dates and notice periods Management and processing Lease Renewals / Options Liaise with solicitors on lease documentation for new sites, renewals, and terminations. Conduct quality assurance reviews across lease abstraction and interpretation. Oversee arrears management, budget reconciliations, and outgoing verifications. Partner with Transaction Managers, Facility Managers, and Account Directors to support portfolio initiatives. Ensure all data accuracy and compliance across systems and financial processes. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: · 3+ years’ experience in lease or property management within a corporate or agency environment. Strong understanding of lease documentation, rent rolls, and financial reconciliation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency with property management systems and reporting tools. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
