We are looking for a Lease & Rental Sales Representative with a proven sales record in our Wichita, KS location. The chosen candidate will drive fleet growth by identifying, quoting and selling PacLease products to customers, which includes renting and leasing trucks. This position has the potential to lead to a Sales manager role with the right candidate. Requirements Secure new business by developing and expanding a customer base in assigned territory. Direct solicitation of full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance agreements. Secure new business by developing and evaluating information on targeted fleets. Identifying prospective customers. Creating a strategy with an action plan to realize the potential of new business opportunities. Assist in the process of renting a truck from the reservation process to putting the customer in the truck. Perform other duties and special assignments as required related to rental and leasing of trucks. Qualifications: Demonstrated sales success. Proven customer service experience. Excellent negotiating skills. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated self-motivation and adaptability. Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others. Must possess technical and professional competence. Experience: Sales or Leasing Experience: Minimum 2 years. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Finance Preferred. Combination of education, training or experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
