Combined, we manage a portfolio of over 50 multifamily communities with more than 12,000 apartment homes with a gross value in excess of $3 billion. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Summary: Manage all phases of operations for a Class A, 360+ unit, brand-new lease-up community in the heart of Aurora, near the Denver Tech Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general administration and maintenance; directing and controlling all personnel and resources to ensure the community is maintained in excellent physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation according to Legacy standards and specific owner directives. Have complete and full responsibility for property P&L. Perform work of subordinates as needed. This is an on-site position that reports to the Regional Property Manager. This position requires working Monday through Friday, with availability for on-call emergencies. Key Responsibilities: Team Management – Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage schedules. Operations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, fair housing laws, rent collection, leasing, and property maintenance. Financial Oversight – Manage property budget, expenses, payroll, and leasing performance. Monitor collections and approve financial reports. Marketing & Leasing – Work with the Marketing Department to maximize occupancy through advertising, outreach, and social media management. Resident & Owner Relations – Address resident concerns, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Safety & Inspections – Conduct regular property inspections and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company and owner standards. Reporting & Performance Tracking – Prepare reports on budgets, occupancy, market trends, and operational performance.
