Important: This role requires full professional fluency in Spanish and English. Job Functions: • Welcome and assist prospective residents via phone, email, and in person • Conduct engaging property tours and highlight key property features • Prepare, review, and process applications and lease documents • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in Yardi (or similar systems) • Meet and consistently exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets • Support marketing efforts for current and upcoming vacancies • Partner with on-site teams to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction Requirements Fluent Spanish and English (Required: must be able to communicate professionally in both languages) Experience in leasing or sales (preferred) Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Yardi (preferred but not required) Commission Structure (Resets Monthly) 1–5 leases: $200 per lease 6–10 leases: $250 per lease 11+ leases: $300 per lease High performers who consistently hit higher tiers can significantly increase their annual earnings.
