Negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy while ensuring alignment with company policies. Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure a seamless leasing process. Stay informed on local Brooklyn market trends and competition to keep our portfolio competitive. What We’re Looking For: Knowledgeable about the Brooklyn rental market and its trends. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry partners. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of lease success. Driven, motivated, and a self-starter who takes initiative and consistently pursues opportunities. Valid New York Real Estate Salesperson License required. 1–3 years of experience in leasing or brokerage preferred.
