JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to support our portfolio in Cambridge. The Leasing Agent works under the direction of the Property Manager.

SKILLS

• Working knowledge of real estate forums and listing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience as a leasing agent is a must.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Valid Driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate leads through a variety of avenues and in collaboration with the Leasing team.
• Receive all inquiries via email or phone, responding promptly and courteously
• Book appointments with prospect tenants and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of each unit.
• Follow-up with all prospects and assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Conduct in-depth screening of each applicant and present leads to the Leasing team and Property Manager.
• Ensure applications are completed for the Property Manager to execute.
• Ensure vacant units are in optimal condition for showings/appointments and are well-maintained and appealing to potential renters.
• Must be available to work variable hours, weekends, early evening, and/or some weekdays. This role is commission based only.
