Description Leasing Agent/ Front Desk Associate • $16.00/hour • Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity We are seeking a friendly and dependable Front Desk Associate to support daily guest service operations. This role is responsible for check-in/check-out, payments, guest requests, and maintaining hotel standards. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days Assignment Details Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday- Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and two Saturdays a Month Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pre Employment Requirements Background Check Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Responsibilities Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure that Cardinal customers are satisfied. Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties. Participatein Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training as required. Utilize the Cardinal Way of Leasing by: Warmly greeting prospective clients Answering incoming leasing calls Determining needs and preferences Professionally presenting the community and apartment homes. Utilizing feature/benefit selling Closing the sale Following up Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork. Required to pass third party leasing shops and become Cardinal Way of Leasing certified. Maintain accurate lease file documentation in accordance with company policy; participate in lease file audits as assigned by the Community Manac Maintain cleanliness of the tour path to ensure for a positive first impression of the community. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with team members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors. Participate in and assist with planning community events. Assist with various additional community projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
