Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous. Must have HUD experience
