Ground Floor Property Management is looking for a full-time Leasing Agent to join our growing team in Moncton, NB.
About the Role
As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the front line of our rental experience—guiding prospective tenants through showings, helping them navigate applications, and ultimately welcoming them into their new homes.
This role is flexible, with showings scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends depending on tenant availability. You’ll need to manage your calendar effectively and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective tenants
• Respond to rental inquiries promptly and professionally
• Work closely with our internal property management team to ensure seamless move-ins
• Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, and outcomes
• Represent Ground Floor with professionalism, care, and a customer-first attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a flexible schedule
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is an asset (but not required)

Compensation
We offer a base salary plus commission structure—rewarding your performance and ability to close leases. More leases, more earning potential.
