Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in Edmonton. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for prospective tenants, showcasing available rental properties, supporting the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are the point of contact for leasing inquiries, tours, and sending applications to prospective tenants.
  • Responding to all rental inquiries to schedule tours and answer questions from prospective residents by telephone, email and walk-ins. Having conversations with prospective residents at first point of contact to determine their requirements and promoting available suites;
  • Updating a tracking spreadsheet of prospective tenants with their information, tour notes, and application status.
  • Conducting tours (both in-person and virtual) of available rental apartments and common areas to show prospective tenants.
  • Being knowledgeable about the property, apartments, neighbourhood etc. to answer common questions.
  • Sending lease applications online, and occasionally assisting with completing applications in person.
  • Conducting move-in inspections and completing an inspection form with new tenants.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and professionalism, listening and understanding questions/concerns, and responding with accurate information.
