Description

Landings Real Estate Group is seeking a vibrant Leasing Specialist to join our enthusiastic and motivated team of professionals. The Leasing Specialist will work at Faire Harbour Landings and will be responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. In addition to an hourly rate of pay, Landings Management offers a highly competitive compensation program inclusive of an aggressive commission structure, lease renewal bonuses, discounts on employee occupied apartments, and Company profit sharing units.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Leasing or community management experience or strong sales background in another industry
  • Excellent communication skills are required (verbally and electronically)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently

Responsibilities

In this role, the Leasing Specialist can be expected to respond to all incoming requests for information from prospective residents. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Responding to all incoming emails/electronic inquiries
- Scheduling viewing appointments
- Touring the property with prospective residents
- Follow up with all prospective residents
- All leasing paperwork and property policies
- Assisting with move-in procedures and scheduling
- Assisting the Property Manager/Assistant Manager with any and all tasks required
- Answering questions and assisting with all current and renewal leases
- Submitting management and resident work order requests
- Light filing/office management (as needed)
