What You’ll Do

• Source, list, and manage landlord properties across Dubai.
• Conduct daily viewings and close rental deals from A to Z.
• Build and maintain landlord–tenant relationships under the Aston Gate brand.
• Work with company-provided leads while expanding your own network.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must have proven real estate experience (brokerage or leasing in Dubai).
• Strong understanding of Dubai rental communities and procedures.
• RERA license is a big advantage (or willingness to obtain it quickly).
• Energetic, driven, and able to handle a high volume of client activity.
• English required; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Farsi, or French a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per mont
