Responsibilities
  • Greet, tour, and follow up with prospective residents, highlighting community features and benefits.
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process from first contact to signed lease.
  • Accurately enter and update leasing activities and resident information in Entrata.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly leasing goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth operations:
  • Work with the Property Management team to align leasing activity with occupancy goals.
  • Communicate with the Maintenance team to ensure units are ready for move-in and service requests are completed promptly.
  • Partner with Housekeeping staff to maintain unit and community presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on application fees, deposits, and rent payments.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong communication at all times.
