Description Principal Objectives of the Leasing Agent Property Management: The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence. Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. What We’re Looking For: Customer-Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top-notch service. Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management is key. Sales Skills: You’re comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals. Organization & Attention to Detail: You’re able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly. Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Work Hours & Benefits: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. Some weekends required, based on property needs.
