The primary objective is to assist the Property Manager in generating satisfactory cash flow, compliance with any regulated affordable housing program, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence. Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. What We’re Looking For: Customer-Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top-notch service. Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management is key. Sales Skills: You’re comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals. Organization & Attention to Detail: You’re able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly. Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Work Hours & Benefits: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility. Some weekends required, based on property needs.
