Description Leasing Agent – Apartments | $18–$22/hr + Perks Location: Sandy, OR (Sandy Place Apartment Homes) Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Why This Job? $18–$22 per hour (DOE) $50/month phone stipend Consistent part-time schedule Opportunity to grow within Stratum Work at a welcoming community in Sandy Team-oriented, supportive environment Non-Exempt position, eligible for overtime pay What You’ll Do Tour prospective residents and showcase the community Guide applicants through leasing, move-ins, and renewals Process applications and maintain resident files Track leads and support marketing efforts Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns Inspect model units, tour paths, and common areas Support outreach and community engagement efforts Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and property What We’re Looking For 1+ year of customer service or leasing experience preferred Property management experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, digital tools) Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset About the Property Sandy Place Apartment Homes is a welcoming community in Sandy, OR, where resident experience and strong team collaboration are key to success.
