Join us if you want to build a career where initiative is recognized, operational rigor meets compassion, and you can proudly say, “I manage excellence.” BENEFITS OFFERED * Dental * Vision * Life & AD&D * 401(k) Retirement Plans * 401(k) Employer Matching  * Career Development & Mobility Opportunities WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Respond to leads and answer prospect calls.  * Maintain excellent customer service relationship with clients and handle inquiries with professionalism.  * Collect deposits, fees and rent from new move-ins.  * Process lease paperwork * Sweep units, hallways and assist in cleaning property * Collection calls to clients WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Email and Web Research * Ability to work Saturdays and occasionally fill in during the week when Property Manager is off WORK AUTHORIZATION & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:  * This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Central TX property.  * Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.  * We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a U.S. Employment visa (e.g. H-1B) for this position.
