Description Point Real Estate Management is looking to add a full-time Leasing Agent to our growing team! This multi-site position offers variety in daily routine! The Leasing Agent will be responsible for a portfolio of multifamily properties located in Madison and surrounding areas. Please note, this position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the travel between properties. Primary office location will be based out our PRM Madison office. Rotating shifts required at our off-site properties located in Janesville, Waunakee and Sun Prairie. Travel compensation provided. General Description: Promote leasing, retention and occupancy for the community while promoting resident satisfaction. Create a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents through customer service focus. Duties and Responsibilities include: Prospects Greet, qualify, show and close prospective residents. Invite prospects to tour. Record traffic and leasing activity. Ensure that the grounds, showing routes, models and office are ready to use and view. Verify applications and notify applicants of approval or denial Lease Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork. Walk through units to ensure they are ready. Move in residents by reviewing lease and addendums. Promote other income items. Resident Retention Prepare service requests and assign staff to duties Requirements Work Experience Requirements · Experience in working with the public and/or sales · Knowledge of professional business discipline Educational Requirements · High School diploma or GED Employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance within 30 days of hire date and 401(k) with match after 30 days!
