This position will be the heartbeat of our communities in State College. A PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. If you don’t have one, we will pay for you to get one! Role and Responsibilities: Provide tours of rental properties to prospects. Follow up by telephone and email to prospects. Assist in Leasing Events. Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc. Various data entry. Answer Phones. Property Inspections. Requirements Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
The Leasing Agent is responsible for providing property tours to prospects and managing follow-up communications via phone and email. Additionally, the role involves handling daily resident customer service requests and conducting property inspections.
