This position will serve as the customer service and leasing specialist for multiple conventional communities in the area. Role and Responsibilities: Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income. Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities. Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and prospects. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports. Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
