Aston Gate Real Estate is expanding and looking for a driven Leasing Associate / Leasing Agent to join our high-performance brokerage in Dubai. If you’re motivated, energetic, and passionate about closing rental deals, this is your opportunity to thrive in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property viewings with qualified tenants.
• Source and secure listings from landlords across Dubai.
• Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities in the rental market.
• Work with company-provided leads while also expanding your own network.
• Close rental transactions with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leasing or real estate experience in Dubai preferred (sales backgrounds considered).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and RERA rental procedures.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
