Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our progressively growing team in San Angelo, TX, and oversee all the leasing efforts for assigned community. Oak Grove Senior Apartments is comprised of 142 apartment homes for SENIORS. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants * Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials * Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents * Confirm rental application data and personal references * Stay knowledgeable of the property market status * Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals * Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. Responsibilities

The Leasing Agent will oversee all leasing efforts for the assigned community by presenting the property positively, advertising available units, and determining prospective tenants' needs and viability. Responsibilities also include confirming application data, negotiating lease terms, closing deals, and handling other administrative tasks as directed.
