Position: Leasing Agent Location: Stoneplace Apartment Homes and Cascade Place Apartment Homes – Molalla, OR Schedule: Full-time position (40 weekly contract hours); schedule Friday through Tuesday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 60-minute unpaid meal break Classification: Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour Bonuses: Eligible for monthly bonuses through Stratum’s Stabilized Bonus Program, based on leasing performance, renewals, and resident engagement Cell Phone Stipend: $50/month Housing Opportunity: Includes the option to live onsite with a 25% rental discount. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective residents, identify their needs, and guide them through the leasing process Conduct property tours and effectively showcase community amenities and apartment features Process applications, prepare move-in documentation, and complete lease and renewal paperwork Maintain accurate guest cards, traffic reports, and leasing activity documentation Update and manage marketing platforms, listings, and outreach efforts Ensure model units, tour paths, and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for showings Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner Support marketing initiatives, community outreach, and resident engagement activities Assist with general property operations and contribute to a clean, welcoming community Collaborate with team members across both properties to ensure consistent leasing performance Participate in after-hours emergency response as required Job Requirements Previous property management or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software (Yardi preferred) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to operate a golf cart and perform daily property inspections Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, and talking. Employees must regularly use repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers to handle documents and operate office equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs or stepstools, and pushing or pulling may be required. The role may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, inspecting property grounds, and operating a golf cart. Motor skills and coordination are necessary to safely perform tasks, and the ability to remain focused and effective during periods of high stress is essential.
