As an on site Leasing Agent/Tenant Coordinator, you would be expected to respond to rental inquiries before, during and after regular work hours. Rental showings are only permissible between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, but you would not be expected to perform showings each and every day in the 12 hour window.
You will have a detailed list of specific rental listings at one of our properties to manage to obtain the same goal - All listings rented with minimal vacancy.
Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who can work well and thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Currently, we are looking for a new member for our Leasing Team.

As a Leasing Agent,/Tenant Coordinator you would be responsible for:

  • Marketing of rental listings on multiple online platforms.
  • Showing rental units to prospective tenants.
  • Responding to inquiries about rental units.
  • Being prompt for showings and keep in contact with prospective tenants through email/phone.
  • Having an answer to any questions perspective tenants might have.
  • Sending applications to prospective tenants, complete reference checks, approve tenants and follow through with the signing of the lease.
  • Completing a walkthrough of units turning over to look for any work that needs to be completed.
  • Having keys cut and ready for pick up on turnover.
  • Meeting with colleagues regularly regarding tenant and general issues.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to prospective tenants.
  • Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Move in and out inspections
  • General admin duties related to move in and outs.
  • Lease renewals
  • Taking questions and concerns from tenants and addressing them

  • Education/work experience in the field of property management is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
