Description Principal Objectives of the Leasing Agent Property Management: The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment leasing. What You'll Do: Engage & Assist: Greet prospective residents with a warm and friendly demeanor, help them find their ideal home, and guide them through the leasing process. Show & Lease: Conduct property tours, highlight key features, and close leasing deals with confidence. Manage & Organize: Handle leasing paperwork, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain availability of units. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly. What We’re Looking For: Customer-Centric Approach: You love working with people and have a strong focus on delivering top-notch service. Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate with prospective residents, team members, and management is key. Sales Skills: You’re comfortable promoting and leasing property units while meeting occupancy goals. Organization & Attention to Detail: You’re able to manage paperwork, appointments, and schedules seamlessly. Experience in Leasing or Customer Service: Previous leasing or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Work Hours & Benefits: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility.
