As our Leasing and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property. Summary of Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents, delivering a welcoming and professional experience. Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and community features. Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting the benefits of the community. Assist residents with lease questions, maintenance requests, and general concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Handle resident complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to the community manager. Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers.
