We’re looking for a dynamic Leasing & Marketing Associate who is passionate about connecting with people, driving leasing success, and promoting our community brand. What You’ll Do As a Leasing & Marketing Associate, you’ll be the face of our property and a key driver of occupancy goals. Your day will include: * Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community. * Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out. * Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. * Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content. * Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement. * Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals. * What We’re Looking For * A people-person with strong communication and sales skills. * Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (we’ll train the right candidate!). * Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools. * Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy. * Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
