As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry and develop your skills in leasing and property management. Responsibilities: - Assist with leasing activities, including showing apartments, responding to inquiries, and processing applications - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market - Assist with property management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance requests and inspections - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants - Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants Requirements - Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in a related field such as real estate, business, or marketing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
