SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

As the ideal candidate you will have post-secondary education in sales and/or marketing with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales with a special focus on providing exceptional customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry is considered an asset. You’re a highly motivated and driven individual with a collaborative attitude. You have exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills. A natural relationship builder, you develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with team members, residents, and the public. You are organized, manage your time effectively and work well under pressure while managing tight deadlines and competing priorities. You have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms, experience in Yardi and/or other property management programs.
As a requirement of the role, the incumbent will need to able to work flexible hours with some weekend and evening work, including weekend or statutory holiday status. A criminal verification check is required for employment.

We are seeking a Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist to join our vibrant and fast-paced team in Oakville, Ontario. The Leasing &Resident Experience Specialist position is a unique role, incorporating aspects of Leasing, Customer Service and Resident Experience. This position will appeal to a responsible individual who is high energy, creative, outgoing, and social. This individual will have proven success in sales, and firsthand experience executing excellent customer service including prospective resident initial booking, current resident experience, and seamless building departure experience.
Reporting to the Sr. Property Manager, the Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist will be responsible for various marketing and leasing initiatives, providing excellent customer service and other administrative and reporting functions.
