The Leasing Associate will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall management of the community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner. * Conduct property tours and highlight community features and amenities. * Process rental applications, screen applicants, and prepare lease agreements. * Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information. * Respond promptly to resident inquiries and provide information about community policies and procedures. * Collaborate with the management team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals. * Assist with marketing efforts and community events as needed. * Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
