Position: Leasing Associate Location: Lake Kathy, our 360-unit affordable residential community in Brandon, FL 33510 Here are the key qualifications we are looking for: * 1-2 years experience leasing, marketing, advertising within a multi-family residential community, preferably Affordable * Experience using Yardi property management software, proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, and excellent resident service skills * Excellent communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
