This on-site based role, serves as a key face of our Aldon community—welcoming prospects, leading tours, and responding quickly to resident needs. Responsibilities include: Sales * Lease rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals. * Conduct apartment and community tours. * Follow up on phone and email leads promptly.  Marketing * Complete marketing reports, application, and leases. * Shop the competition and assist with marketing ideas. * Implement outreach marketing efforts.  Administrative * Educate prospective residents on the application process. * Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status. * Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees. * Assist with office tasks and participate in resident activities. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred. * Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. * Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities. * H.S.
