In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key part in creating a welcoming environment that encourages new leases and fosters long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist prospective residents by providing information about available properties, amenities, and leasing terms - Conduct property tours and showcase features to prospective tenants - Process rental applications, verify references, and coordinate background checks - Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation - Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and follow up with prospects - Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction - Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote available units Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and property management software - Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations - Positive attitude and professional appearance - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, teamwork, and exceptional service.
