Join us and help bring our beautiful community to life. Key Responsibilities Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community. Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a smooth experience for all. Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports. Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood. Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates. Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants. Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks. Qualifications High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in business or related fields. 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management environment preferred Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). A strong focus on customer service and results. Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
