POSITION OVERVIEW

The Cottages at Beltmill is a built-to-rent community offering one- and two-story single family homes. Our goal is a positive residential experience which is evident in our design, amenities, quality of homes, and management. The Leasing Consultant will work closely with the Community Manager in the daily operations of the community, which includes showing available homes, assisting in the management of our social media presence, and sourcing and following up on leads for new residents. The work schedule is 40 hours per week with Saturdays being mandatory. Our office hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday, and 10:00am - 2:00pm on Saturdays.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Positive demeanor with a customer service attitude
• Organized and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Good written and verbal communication
• 2 or more years of previous experience as a leasing consultant
• ResMan Property Management Software experience preferred but not required

• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations

• Bilingual - Spanish/English helpful but not required

• High School Diploma required, some college preferred

• Negotiate lease renewals and coordinate move ins and move outs
