Responsibilities: Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities. Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support Requirements At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi-family leasing experience preferred Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software. Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
