Description Dasmen Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant who will be based out of our Ramsey, NJ Head Quarters and assist with our properties remotely. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner. Conduct virtual tours and answer questions about property features, availability, and pricing. Guide prospective residents through the leasing application process from initial inquiry to lease signing. Follow up with prospects to ensure all documents are submitted and applications are completed. Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the property management system. Collaborate with on-site teams to confirm unit availability, pricing, and move-in schedules. Assist with resident renewals and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of sales experience required. Requirements Must have an outgoing, engaging personality; must thoroughly enjoy working with the general public.
