REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and leasing regulations.
• Proficiency in using property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Maintain updated knowledge of available properties, pricing, and lease terms.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation.
• Promote available properties through online portals and marketing efforts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the leasing process.
• Keep accurate records of leads, visits, and leasing activities using CRM tools.
