In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers: Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35% Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month Our company runs purely on EOS.
