Job Type: Full-time ```Other Duties``` - Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner - Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, including rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials - Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and employment information - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed - Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience level: Minimum of 6 months experience required

Responsibilities
