The Easton, located on the lower east side, is a premier luxury residence blending contemporary sophistication with the character of one of the city's most walkable and energetic neighborhoods. Row31, located in the eclectic Riverwest neighborhood, is a unique community of luxury townhouses that balance the convenience of city living while incorporating expansive outdoor elements. What You'll Do: Showcase the community's layouts, highlighting modern amenities and location advantages Monitor local rental trends and competitors to position the community as a premier living destinations Assist with marketing campaigns, update online listings, contribute to social media, and help coordinate resident events that foster community Accurately process applications and leasing paperwork while ensuring prompt, clear communication with prospects and residents alike Be a go-to resource for current residents, offering support, solving problems, and helping maintain a welcoming, responsive living environment Welcome every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in their needs Requirements 1+ years of experience in leasing (preferred), sales, or administration required A passion for helping people find a place they love to live Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and digitally Experience with social media platforms Detail-oriented, organized, and tech savvy with modern leasing systems Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a desire to grow in property management Why Join Us?
