Leasing Specialist Location: Baltimore, MD Pay: $19/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) What You’ll Do Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options Assist with applications and collect required documentation Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in Support community events and resident retention initiatives Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation What We’re Looking For Positive, professional, and customer-service driven Strong communication and organizational skills Able to multitask in a busy office setting Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus) Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred Benefits $19/hour (based on experience) + commission & bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holidays 401(k) with company match Rent discount for eligible full-time employees Training and career development opportunities Apply now to start your career in property management with WPM! #IND1
