We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team.
We are looking for an individual who values a polished appearance and possesses a strong drive to learn and enhance their skill set.
This opportunity is ideal for those who aim to advance their career in Real Estate.
The Leasing Consultant’s primary responsibilities will revolve around leasing new and existing properties under management and providing additional support in the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Managing inquiries from potential tenants.
  • Conducting property viewings through open house sessions.
  • Providing feedback about potential tenants to the new business team and Property Managers.
  • Handling rental inquiries via phone, email, and the website.
  • Review and process applications including reference checks
  • Creating condition reports for both incoming and outgoing tenants.
    Candidate Profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:

  • An Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
  • While prior Property Management experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
  • A valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
